Salary - 28,000 to 30,000

Job Summary:

The Facilities Executive (Soft Services) is responsible for managing and coordinating all non-technical support services that contribute to the smooth functioning and cleanliness of the workplace. This includes supervising housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other related services to ensure a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of soft services like cleaning, security, landscaping, cafeteria, pest control, and waste management.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Perform regular facility inspections to maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Track and evaluate SLAs and KPIs for soft service providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly.
• Manage inventory of consumables and safety supplies.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support budgeting and control costs for soft services.
• Maintain records of service reports, contracts, and inspections.
• Assist in emergency preparedness and response activities related to soft services.
