Job Description

Role Overview: As the Facilities Manager, your main responsibility will be to prioritize the facilities needs of the property. Working closely with both the facilities manager and the assistant facilities manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are efficiently covered. Your continuous goal will be to strive for improvement in the processes to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the property's day-to-day operations - Ensure all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered - Manage supply and service contracts approved by clients - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and business continuity plans - Monitor the property's budget and ensure compliance with standards - Maintain adequate stocks and materials for smooth operations - Conduct routine service audits to maintain overall performance - Create stock reports, meeting minutes, and monthly management reports for clients Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of property operations - Degree in business or hotel and building management - 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities management - Good working knowledge in occupational safety - Aptitude in client-centric operations Additional Company Details: Client satisfaction is a top priority in this role. You will be expected to handle difficult issues, seek opportunities for improvement, and ensure the team meets key performance metrics and service level agreements.
