Job Description

1 Workplace Engagement and Monitoring
a Actively engage with occupants to gather feedback and address concerns
b Maintain awareness of floor capacity, bay numbers, and floor strength
c Document and report workplace issues
d Ensure timely resolution of all identified workplace issues
2 Meeting Space Management
a Conduct comprehensive daily walkthroughs of all meetings, conference, training, work meet spaces
b Assist employees with meeting room reservations and setup requirements
c Meet VIP visits and GEB to assist them with their requirements
d Liaise with cleaning teams and vendors to ensure meeting spaces meet company standards
e Troubleshoot any incidents noticed in the meeting space
3 Employee / Occupant Support
a Serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related employee concerns
b Provide guidance on workplace equipment usage and troubleshooting
4 Cross-Functional Collaboration
a Participate in Monthly Workplace Connect and Focus Meet sessions
b Maintain effective communication with facilities, IT and other relevant departments
c Build relationships with department representatives to better understand their needs how is this different to occupant facing activities
5 Events Support
