Gender : Male Candidate

Facility Executive who can efficiently manage facility operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administration. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in advanced Excel reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day facility operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

Prepare and maintain MIS reports using advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).

Monitor vendor performance and coordinate with service providers.

Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and premises.

Manage stock of consumables and prepare usage/requirement reports.

Support in budgeting, cost control, and facility audits.

Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Handle employee queries and provide facility-related support.

Working Timing & Days:- 9.30am to 6.00pm | Monday to Saturday
