Key Responsibilities: Client Relations & Communication- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback. Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through clear, proactive, and timely communication. Share updates on facility performance, ongoing issues, and improvement plans. Handle escalations professionally and ensure prompt resolution. Technical Services Management- Oversee daily technical operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems, and equipment maintenance. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per schedules. Coordinate with engineering teams and contractors for repairs, breakdowns, and inspections. Monitor energy consumption, system performance, and recommend improvement measures. Soft Services Management- Manage housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services. Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene norms, and safety requirements. Conduct regular inspections of soft service areas and ensure timely corrective actions. Coordinate staff scheduling, performance, and training for soft service teams. Vendor & Contractor Coordination- Supervise vendor performance and ensure compliance with SLAs and contract terms. Review service reports, coordinate site visits, and resolve vendor-related issues. Assist in vendor evaluation, selection, and performance audits.
