Job Description

Role Overview: At JLL, you will prioritize the facilities needs by overseeing the property's day-to-day operations and ensuring that all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered. You will strive for continuous improvement in the process and manage supply and service contracts. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, business continuity plans, and health and safety issues. Monitoring the property's budget and ensuring compliance with standards will also be part of your responsibilities. Client satisfaction is key, and you will take on challenging issues, seek opportunities for improvement, and work towards achieving key performance metrics and service level agreements. Routine service audits and creating various reports for clients will also be under your purview. Key Responsibilities: - Prioritize facilities needs and oversee day-to-day operations - Manage administrative functions, security issues, and facility services - Ensure continuous improvement in processes and manage supply and service contracts - Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, crisis management, and health and safety issues - Monitor property's budget and ensure compliance with standards - Address challenging issues, seek improvement opportunities, and achieve key performance metrics - Conduct routine service audits and create reports for clients Qualification Required: - Strong knowledge of property operations - Degree in business or hotel and building management - 3-5 years of experience in facilities management - Good working knowledge in occupational safety - Aptitude in client-centric operations - Solid background in team management - Proven track record in managing a team - Effective in rolling out improvement plans - Superior communications and reporting skills Additional Details: JLL is a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate with operations in over 80 countries and a workforce of over 102,000 individuals worldwide.
