Job Description

We are looking for a Facility Coordinator with minimum 8 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of the Same/Similar Project.

Job Responsibility

The Facility Coordinator is responsible to ensure all contract deliverables under given guidelines of the Property Manager and provide guidance for efficient & smooth delivery of contractual obligations as agreed with the Client.

Job Requirements

  • Daily meetings with the Team for reviewing previous day work, day plan & critical action.
  • Daily Utility Walk around critical locations.
  • Capturing & reporting all unsafe acts & conditions observed during walk-around.
  • Tracking of internal & external Audits/ Certifications/ Visit findings & drive towards closure.
  • Daily review of DMR.
  • Daily tracking of Energy consumption of Facility - updating & sharing tracker.
  • Delivering agreed Engineering and Maintenance related services.
  • Tracking of Planned Preventive Maintenance Plan & providing consolidated report.
  • Weekly review of Equipment Wise Maintenance (Planned vs Achieved).
  • Weekly review on implementation of Energy Management Plan.
  • Weekly review with the team - giving instructions, maintaining discipline and resolving long pending critical facility and ground maintenance problems.
  • Suggest solutions on the complaint analysis & share recommendation, and motivate down line team to initiate action as planned, on Monthly Basis.
  • Manage Inventory control.
  • Manage Compliances
  • Consolidate facility maintenance requirement.
  • Monthly review of contractor performance & ensuring control measures initiated for abnormality.
  • Monthly evaluation of the team members.
  • Maintain discipline and work quality of the staff.
  • Randomly Evaluating the 3rd party staff & sharing feedback with the client.
  • Monthly review of compliances - Statuary compliance & sharing deficiency report.
  • Preparing annual training calendar for the entire staff.
  • Conducting Monthly Training including Self / AMC/ OEM supplier.
  • Checking the weekly reports & signing off documents including daily checklists, data checklists & AMC reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
