Job Description

Role Overview: As an experienced Executive Engineer, your main objective will be to oversee all technical IFM activities in order to ensure a problem-free and safe working environment for employees. You will report to the Assistant Facility Manager and lead a large team with efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 100% uptime of client facilities across India - Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and other systems - Maintain and operate HVAC systems, MEP, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, and building management system - Conduct facility inspections and report on operational conditions - Respond immediately to emergencies - Prepare and submit summary reports and recommend actions - Review equipment and operation methods, BMS system, fire/life safety, and other systems - Maintain compliance with safety procedures and regulations - Support after-hours building needs and activities - Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and communicate to site staff - Manage budgets for Engineering & Operational contracts - Conduct Technical Audits for installations periodically - Review maintenance practices of contractors for quality work - Plan critical spares list and maintenance schedules - Inspect logbooks, checklists, and PPM schedules for better management - Work towards zero downtime and seamless service delivery - Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and maintenance contracts - Implement Planned Preventive Maintenance activities and pre-emptive maintenance program - Manage Risk and Safety work practices to reduce interruptions to operations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Engineer or relevant position - Proficient in IFM operations and facilities management best practices - Diploma in EEE/BE-EEE with C License holder - Good nonverbal communication skills - Prior knowledge of tech-based dashboards desirable Additional Details: N/A,
