Job Location : Karkhana, Secunderabad Responsibilities: · Responsible for overseeing and maintaining a building's infrastructure, ensuring it is in good working order and safe for occupants. · Duties include managing budgets, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with regulations. · Also handle issues related to maintenance, repairs, and security, and may be involved in project management and strategic planning for the facility.
