Job Description

  • Site Maintenance:

    Establish office maintenance program and coordinate repairs projects to keep the office in peak condition. Performs daily office walk throughs and conference room checks with an attention to details.
  • Health & Safety:

    Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and implement protocols for emergency preparedness.
  • Vendor Management:

    Coordinate external vendors to perform services such as janitorial, food & beverage, security, plants, and utilities.
  • Budgeting Management:

    Develop, manage, and optimize the local facilities operations budget.
  • Space Management:

    Oversee space allocation, utilization, and planning.
  • Sustainability:

    Promote sustainable and environmentally friendly practices within the workplace, such as energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Team Member Experience:

  • Events and Culture:

    Plan and execute events and experiences that building culture of local team members. This includes monthly on-site events and annual off-site events such as the office s annual holiday party.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Build strong relationship with office stakeholders to identify and execute on local business priorities.
  • Landlord Management:

    Work closely with the site s property manager to ensure operational alignment.
  • Furniture and Ergonomics:

    Support the office s ergonomic needs and maintain office furniture.
  • Janitorial Manage:

    Partner with property management and external vendors to ensure a high level of site cleanliness.
  • Food and Beverage:

    Maintain a robust snack, drink, and food program that meets the complex needs of the office s shift schedule.
  • Regional Office Assistance:

    Assist with site management of smaller offices within the region, which do not have facilities staff on-site.
  • Database Management:

    Manage internal databases and serve as first point of contact for team member inquiries.
