Location : south delhi ,alaknanda, India Salary: INR 30,000 to 35,000 per month, Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities in south delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, civil building maintenance, and cleanliness of the premises. Ground maintenance, housekeeping Responsibilities Conduct regular surveillance rounds to maintain a secure environment Oversee the maintenance of all facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Manage security personnel and ensure adherence to security protocols coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards, Handling Emergencies Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and equipment Requirements Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role Strong knowledge of facility operations and maintenance practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Additional Preferred Qualifications Experience in government or army services, retired personnel are encouraged to apply Willingness to stay on-campus Competitive salary commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package, including food, accommodation, and on-campus stay Opportunities for professional growth and development Interested candidates should submit a resume to hrkalkacareercrafters@gmail.com Please include "Facility Manager Application" in the subject line.
