Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Coimbatore. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and upkeep of facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing vendor relationships, coordinating space planning, and supervising cleaning services. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with other departments to meet facility needs, and responding to facility-related emergencies. Qualifications Facility management, space planning, and vendor management skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance Ability to manage budgets and financial planning for facility maintenance Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to respond effectively to facility-related emergencies Experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
