Job Description

Join our Soft Services team at JLL as a Soft Service Executive in charge of overseeing facility operations in the East Region. You will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch facility management services that enhance the environments where individuals reside and work. As a key member of our team dedicated to bringing buildings to life, your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal facility conditions by efficiently supervising staff, managing vendors, and coordinating maintenance activities. Throughout these tasks, you will uphold JLL's standards of innovation and service excellence. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, specifically focusing on soft services - Proven supervisory skills, including the ability to train and motivate teams - Knowledge of facility maintenance procedures and standards - Experience in vendor management and ensuring contract compliance - Proficiency in generating detailed facility reports and maintaining documentation - Strong organizational abilities to effectively handle multiple priorities concurrently - Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities - Basic computer literacy encompassing MS Office applications and facility management systems Preferred qualifications that would be advantageous for this position include: - A Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field - Professional certifications in Facility Management - Familiarity with CAPPS or similar invoice processing systems - Understanding of preventative maintenance planning and execution - Experience working in multi-site facility settings - Proven track record of implementing operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures - Knowledge of quality assurance programs within facility management - Experience in preparing and presenting client-facing reports and MIS documentation At JLL, we are devoted to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive.
