As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of building facilities. Your role will involve coordinating maintenance, managing office services, and assisting in workplace safety and compliance initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for facility-related inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, monitoring security and safety standards, tracking inventory, assisting in office moves and space planning, maintaining records, supporting health and safety compliance efforts, and communicating with staff regarding facility updates and issues. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred. You should have 1-3 years of experience in facilities coordination or office administration, strong organizational and multitasking skills, good communication and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in MS Office. This role is office-based with occasional site walkthroughs.
