Digital Marketing Facilitator

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured

  Digital Marketing sessions

  as per the provided curriculum.
• Teach students how to:
• Understand the influence of media on culture & public perception.
• Build effective narratives for marketing content.
• Analyze and apply digital media trends for strategy development.
• Leverage social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Design digital content calendars and use SEO & monetization tools.
• Develop brand identity with visual and verbal assets.
• Create & present a complete digital marketing campaign.
• Facilitate

  case studies, activities, and group discussions

  .
• Guide students in developing projects and presenting them on

  Demo Day

  .
• Ensure a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to students throughout the program.

Requirements

• Graduate in

  Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields

  (MBA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of

  digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, content strategy, and branding

  .
• Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience (preferably with school or college students).
• Excellent

  communication and presentation skills

  .
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about student engagement.
• Comfortable with

  offline classroom teaching

  in schools across Hyderabad.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in

  running digital campaigns, managing social media, or freelance marketing projects

  .
• Knowledge of

  content monetization, influencer marketing, and analytics tools

  .
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to think innovatively.

Work Schedule

• Weekly sessions (offline in schools)

Compensation

• To be discussed based on experience and number of session hours.
