Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Product Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in Facets-Technical and Payer domain to drive impactful solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Your contributions will play a crucial role in advancing our companys mission and positively impacting the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with product objectives and customer needs.
Design and implement innovative solutions using Facets-Technical expertise to enhance product functionality and performance.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring seamless integration and deployment of product features.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
Monitor and evaluate product performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features processes and best practices.
Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the Payer domain to inform product development strategies.
Lead training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on product functionalities and updates.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotion and customer engagement.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Facets-Technical with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions.
Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with advanced certifications.
