Assist in A/B testing of creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies Qualification Strong experience in planning & delivery for performance-based clients for B2C brands. Education: Graduate in any streams. 2 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing Hands on experience on Google platforms AdWords (Search, Display, YT) / DV 360, Social Media Platform such as Facebook Ads Manager, Power Editor. Good to have experience with Amazon (AMS) & Flipkart advertising platform. Good to have experience on any programmatic / trading platform. Performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta, Tik-Tok is a plus) Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads) Reporting of key KPIs from ad platforms and analyzing the data to provide key account insights and KPIs In depth knowledge of campaign setups, ad set/ad group setup and ad launches Excellent communication skills Good analytical skills. • Keeps attention to detail.
