We’re seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accounts & Operations Executive to take full ownership of daily billing, financial reconciliation, expense control, and back-end ops. If you live by spreadsheets, enjoy balancing books, and can handle cash with precision, you might just be the backbone we’re looking for. Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and process daily invoices and billing statements accurately. Record and reconcile cash and bank transactions on a daily basis. Manage cash handling for the office including petty cash and deposits Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform regular stock reconciliations. Track, verify, and record all business expenses with appropriate documentation. Assist with vendor and procurement coordination as needed. Maintain records of payments to vendors and collections from clients. Follow up on outstanding invoices, update aging reports, and escalate delays. Handle customer account reconciliation, resolve discrepancies professionally. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review. Maintain clean records for internal audits and assist auditors with required documentation. Assist in payroll processing – collecting attendance data, verifying salaries etc.
