Job Description

Telesales & Telecalling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products/services Follow up with old leads  Handle inbound customer queries via live chat – clear, quick, and responses Provide instant solutions, suggest products, and upsell Identify, qualify, and nurture leads from multiple channels Maintain detailed records of calls, chats, and follow-ups Update lead status and customer details Generate daily and weekly reports Strong communication skills  Comfortable with both voice and chat-based customer handling Experience in telesales or customer support Basic knowledge of CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets, and data tools Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow HANDLE WHATSAPP AND CHATS AND PROVIDE ANSWERS TO THEM HANDLE THE SALES LEAD AND CONVERT ITINTO SALES PROVIDE RESOLUTION OF QUERY TO THE CUSTOMER HANDLE INCOMING CALLS
