About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Facebook Ads Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns. The ideal candidate understands audience behaviour, targeting, creatives, and analytics ensuring every rupee spent delivers results.You will handle end-to-end Meta ad campaigns while collaborating with the content, design, and marketing teams to drive growth and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns (traffic, leads, engagement, conversions).
• Conduct audience research, set targeting, and build custom and lookalike audiences.
• Write effective ad copy, briefs, and creative direction for designers.
• Optimize campaigns for better CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets, and ensure healthy campaign delivery.
• Track pixel events, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure proper setup.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
• Stay updated on Meta trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing teams for lead follow-up and quality checks.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Knowledge of campaign types (Traffic, Conversions, Awareness, Leads)
• Familiarity with Pixels, Events Manager, and retargeting
• Ability to optimize campaigns for cost efficiency and performance
• Strong understanding of ad creatives, hooks, and user psychology
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
