Role Description

We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist specializing in Facebook Ads and Google Ads to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity at our Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar office. Daily responsibilities include planning, creating, optimizing, and analyzing paid ad campaigns, managing ad budgets, monitoring performance metrics, researching effective keywords, and adjusting strategies based on analytics. The specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with the company’s broader marketing and business goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Proficiency in keywords research, A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies
• Strong skills in budget management, performance analysis, and ROI tracking
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends, SEO, and tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to interpret campaign data and communicate results
• Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Must be willing to relocate to Mohali
