Job Description

Job Description: Face to face Drive

Experience: 0.6 Years-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, social media, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
13 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks
Experience with ATS and HR software is a plus

Preferred Skills:

Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills
