Description

We are seeking an experienced Facade Manager to oversee and manage facade projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facade engineering and a proven track record of successful project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the facade design and construction processes from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Oversee the quality control and safety standards for facade installations.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues related to facade work.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to facade projects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 7-13 years of experience in facade engineering or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of facade materials and construction techniques.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
