Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Assist the architectural and engineering teams in integrating facade design into overall project design.
Coordinate facade design activities between HO, zonal facade teams, consultants, and vendors.
Track facade design deliverables, submissions, and approvals using standardised trackers.
Reviewing facade drawings, details, and material submissions for compliance with project specifications and standards.
Maintain communication and follow-up with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely submission of shop drawings, material approvals, and mock-ups.
Prepare facade design review notes, action trackers, and consolidated status reports.
Support procurement in technical clarifications and vendor evaluations.
Assist in organizing and documenting design review meetings, mock-up inspections, and factory visits.
Provide guidance to zonal fa•ade design teams in line with corporate fa•ade design policy.
Highlight design risks, conflicts, or delays to the reporting manager for resolution.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in facade design and coordination.

Critical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other facade design/review tools.
Drawing and drafting skills.
Strong coordination and documentation skills.
Ability to assist in design review and highlight technical gaps.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in follow-up.
Team player with ability to support cross-functional collaboration
