Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Facade Estimation Professional. As a crucial member of our team, the Facade Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with clients and project stakeholders. Tasks will include reviewing architectural and structural drawings, determining material requirements, conducting cost analyses, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring competitive yet precise estimations for facade solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in estimation techniques, material costing, and knowledge of facade systems such as ACP cladding and structural glazing
• Skilled in reading, interpreting, and analyzing architectural and structural drawings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with clients, suppliers, and team members
• Proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and tools, as well as general computer literacy
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage deadlines in a professional setting
• Experience in project management and understanding of construction processes is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
