Location: Kochi, India

Responsible for preparing the cost estimation process, including assessing quantities, pricing materials, and ensuring that cost estimates are accurate and aligned with project specifications. Responsible for Pre and Post Tender Project commercial requirements and Variation Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the quantity surveying process for projects, ensuring that all quantities and material costs are accurately assessed.

• Review and validate cost estimates for materials, labor, and overheads, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

• Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of their work.

• Sending Enquiries to various suppliers.

• Preparation of BOQ, Tender submission document.

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Accuracy of Preliminary Estimates

• KPI: Ensure 90% accuracy in preliminary cost estimates submitted to senior Estimators.

• KPI: Achieve a variance of less than 7 % between estimated and actual project costs.

2. Data Collection & Analysis

• KPI: Ensure 95% accuracy in data collected from suppliers, contractors and internal teams.

• KPI: Complete data collection for each project within the specified timeline (e.g. within two weeks of the project assignment).

3. Collaboration and Support

• KPI: Achieve 90% or higher satisfaction score from Senior estimators, estimation manager for support provided.

• KPI: Complete 95% of assigned tasks within the designated timeline. 4. Documentation and Organization

• KPI: Ensure 100% cost estimation documentation is organized and accessible for future reference. • KPI: implement a system to reduce errors in documentation by 10% annually improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering /Quantity Survey or equivalent discipline.

• 2+ years’ Experience in the façade industry in Estimation & Quantity survey.

• Proficiency in estimation software and quantity surveying.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
