Century Cranes is hiring an experienced Fabrication Supervisor for its manufacturing facility at Prithla, Palwal. The role involves supervising fabrication activities for truck-mounted cranes, material handling equipment, knuckle boom cranes, straight boom cranes, and AWPs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise fabrication of structural components for cranes & material handling equipment
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and BOQs
• Monitor welding, cutting, bending, machining, and assembly operations
• Ensure quality, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with design, QC, and production teams
• Manage manpower, job allocation, and daily production planning
• Maintain daily fabrication and progress reports
• Reduce rework and material wastage

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of structural fabrication & welding
• Experience in crane, material handling, or heavy engineering industry
• Ability to independently manage shop-floor operations
• Good leadership and communication skills
