The role involves supervising fabrication activities for truck-mounted cranes, material handling equipment, knuckle boom cranes, straight boom cranes, and AWPs. Key Responsibilities Supervise fabrication of structural components for cranes & material handling equipment Read and interpret fabrication drawings, welding symbols, and BOQs Monitor welding, cutting, bending, machining, and assembly operations Ensure quality, dimensional accuracy, and safety compliance Coordinate with design, QC, and production teams Manage manpower, job allocation, and daily production planning Maintain daily fabrication and progress reports Reduce rework and material wastage Candidate Requirements ITI / Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical preferred) Strong knowledge of structural fabrication & welding Experience in crane, material handling, or heavy engineering industry Ability to independently manage shop-floor operations Good leadership and communication skills
