Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Supervisor to join our team at Renuka Equipments Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in workshop supervision and team coordination, with a Diploma in Mechanical or Fabrication Engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities to ensure efficient production.
Manage and train a team of fabricators to meet production targets.
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop/implement process improvements to increase productivity.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop supervision and team coordination.
Diploma in Mechanical or Fabrication Engineering.
Possess strong knowledge of fabrication processes and techniques.
Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
