Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Fabrication Manager. The role is primarily based in Patiala, with some work from home acceptable. The Fabrication Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day fabrication operations, managing production schedules, supervising staff, ensuring quality control, and handling operational management tasks. This position requires a hands-on leader capable of guiding the team to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

• Production Management and Operations Management skills
• Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage the fabrication team
• Quality Control expertise to ensure all products meet required specifications and standards
• Experience in Welding and related fabrication processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
