Fabrication Manager

As a member of the Production Fabrication team at our Satara Plant, you will be responsible for planning and managing daily fabrication activities according to the production schedule. Your role will involve ensuring that welding, fit-up, and dimensional quality standards are adhered to, as well as managing manpower allocation, welding consumables, and fabrication tools. It will be crucial for you to drive productivity by monitoring output per man-day, controlling rework, and minimizing delays. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring timely clearances for Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and maintaining material traceability. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong technical knowledge of fabricated valves, ASME standards, and welding symbols. Your leadership skills and hands-on supervision will be essential in effectively managing the fabrication processes and ensuring quality standards are met.
