Job Role: Manager -Mechanical & Fabrication

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience- 12-15 Year

Roles & Responsibility:

1. Overseeing the fabrication of new equipment and modifications to existing machinery to improve performance and efficiency.

2. Good knowledge of fabrication drawing and structural drawings

3. He should have conmplete knowledge any modification has to be done according to the drawings of Fabrication structure & hydraulic & pneumatic & Solenoide valve identification.

3. Creating and managing department budgets, tracking expenses, and making cost-effective decisions related to repairs and replacements

4. Continuously assessing and improving maintenance processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

5. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures, monitoring safety practices in the shop, and promptly addressing any safety concerns.

6. Collaborating with other departments ( production, quality control, engineering) to ensure smooth plant operations and effective communication

7. Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, reporting on equipment performance, and providing regular updates on maintenance status

8. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and relevant industry standards.

9. Strong knowledge of hydraulic system and pneumatic system

10. Strong knowledge of understanding mechanical and pneumatic drawings.

11. Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing equipment repair costs, and ensuring timely completion of repairs
