Fabrication Engineer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically proficient and quality-driven Fabrication Engineer to oversee fabrication activities at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in steel fabrication, knowledge of welding and assembly processes, and a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise fabrication operations and ensure adherence to project drawings and standards.
• Plan daily fabrication activities and allocate manpower effectively.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and quality control teams for smooth production flow.
• Monitor welding, cutting, and assembly processes for accuracy and quality compliance.
• Maintain fabrication records, production reports, and progress updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety norms and efficient use of materials.
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in steel fabrication, PEB, or structural steel manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, welding procedures, and quality parameters.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Only Chennai-based candidates will be considered.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
