Role Overview Responsible for fabric sourcing, quality control, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely fabric deliveries to support smooth production operations. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Development : Greige and processed fabric sourcing, sampling, and approvals (prints, lab dips). Order & PO Management : Issue POs, track orders, maintain procurement logs. Vendor Coordination : Follow-ups, vendor performance tracking, negotiation. Quality & Compliance : Ensure fabric quality meets standards, manage 3rd-party testing. TNA & Delivery : Monitor timelines and ensure on-time deliveries. Reporting : Maintain fabric records, approvals, and testing documentation. Education & Experience Bachelor’s in Textile/Fashion/Related Field Minimum 2 years in fabric/garment sourcing Skills Fabric sourcing & planning Quality and compliance expertise Strong vendor negotiation Familiarity with procurement systems Excellent communication & coordination Why Join Us A chance to be a part of a rapidly growing company with significant opportunities for career development.
