Fabric Sourcing Executive / Fabric Merchandiser

About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Sourcing & Merchandising to join our team who will focus on

strategic sourcing and vendor management, with expertise in fabric sourcing. The role

requires strong negotiation, market research, and communication skills, instrumental in

driving the company's sourcing strategies and enhancing product offerings for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement a strategic sourcing framework that enhances the supply chain competitive advantage.

 Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with the company's quality, cost, and delivery standards.

 Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and drive cost efficiency across the sourcing process

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.

 Monitor and review vendor performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain service quality.

 Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures to uphold company standards and reduce risks.

 Continuously explore innovative sourcing solutions to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer needs.
