Assistant Manager Merchandising / Sourcing - Knits

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.      Look after day to day production of all the running styles for the brand

2.      Make sure that all the trims and fabric are as per the required standard and have proper color matching

3.      To understand what styles are produced on each factory line and make sure no line feeding is delayed because of RM issues.

4.      Day to day co ordination with the factory , factory planner, sourcing team and quality team.

5.      To make sure goods are available basis forecast given by the sales teams month on month.

6.      Proper filing of all the approved RM.

Skills and Experience Required:

1.      Bachelor’s degree with min 6- 8 year experience in fashion design or Technologu

2.      Effective oral and written communications skills and the ability to work successfully with internal and external stakeholders

3.      Advanced excel is a must

6.      Strong problem solving skills

7.      Teamwork
