FAAS Senior Manager

As part of the Assurance Department at our company, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality audit and advisory services to clients, managing business risks effectively, and utilizing advanced technology for evaluation and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities: - Leading client engagement projects to ensure exceptional service delivery - Preparing high-quality client deliverables such as technical accounting analysis papers and financial statements - Conducting consultations and research to support client deliverables - Presenting work results to senior team members and clients effectively - Managing junior team members through coaching and mentoring - Collaborating with other teams to provide seamless solutions to clients Skills required: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial focus - Ability to research and resolve client issues independently - Good communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration - Assertive and proactive approach to project delivery - Ability to build effective relationships and network within organizations - Fluency in English Qualifications and Experience: - Accountancy qualified (ACCA or equivalent) - Minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience - Deep understanding of IFRS, including experience with IFRS 9, 15, and 16 - Proven ability to work on complex accounting issues and articulate advice clearly - Experience in leading engagements and reporting - Previous experience at Senior Manager level is an asset If you join our team at EY, you will have the opportunity to develop future-focused skills, gain world-class experiences, and work in a flexible and diverse environment.
