1-BANKRUPTCY-

• Hands-on experience in handling Payment Ledgers and Manual Payment History Creation (especially for POC/MFR)
• Bankruptcy Closings
• 410A Forms
• Proof of Claims (POCs)
• Reaffirmation Agreements
• Post-petition and Pre-petition payment calculations
• Complete working knowledge of Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 The candidate should have descent communication

2- FORECLOSURE

• Review of the foreclosure milestones and taking necessary actions to mitigate any delays in foreclosure process.
• Coordinate with the foreclosure attorney firm to meet the foreclosure timelines.
• R loans with foreclosure sale and request for all relevant documents to prepare the bidding instructions.
• Complete the assigned workflows to place foreclosures on hold or resume foreclosures, send close & bill instructions to foreclosure attorney firm where applicable.
• Generate judgment figures and reinstatement figures to be sent to foreclosure attorney firm.
• Prepare documents for execution along the foreclosure process. Review loans which are eligible for foreclosure.
• Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines
• Update and document all tracking systems including the clear and accurate documentation of the accounts worked

Shift timings:- 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM or 6.30 PM to 3.30AM

Only one way transport will be provided for drop in the night after 10.00 PM with the radius of 25kms.
