Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research and develop sector intelligence deliverables for Financial Services practitioners within GDS and EY MENA. - Design insights-powered solutions to support Financial Services senior leaders in business development, client engagement, and thought leadership initiatives. - Assist senior leaders in managing and nurturing Financial Services accounts and stakeholders in EY MENA to support demand generation efforts. - Support Financial Services accounts under the GDS Account Centricity Program through research, content development, program execution, and reporting. - Facilitate the creation and engagement of a community of Financial Services practitioners at GDS, collaborating with colleagues globally to promote awareness, interest, and thought leadership within the sector. - Provide research, analysis, and insights support for key Financial Services pursuits in the MENA region, collaborating with Knowledge, Markets, and client service teams as needed. - Curate and maintain a knowledge management repository of relevant material for the Financial Services sector to be leveraged by GDS and EY MENA practitioners. - Identify opportunities to share points of view with EY MENA leaders and clients to showcase sector value and strengthen partnerships. - Provide program management support including governance operations, reporting, and account team coordination. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree, preferably an MBA or equivalent from a premier B-school. - Graduation in Engineering, Management, Mathematics, or Data Science. - 10-12 years of work experience in a client-serving role or captive setup in strategy, business analysis, industry research, management consulting, or business operations. - Minimum 5 years of work experience in the Financial Services sector. - Experience working in a global, cross-border, virtual environment is preferable. - Strong knowledge of databases, research tools, and public information sources relevant to the Financial Services sector. - Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. - Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proficiency in data visualization and analytical tools like Spotfire, Tableau, SQL, Power BI is advantageous. - Sound understanding of strategy frameworks, statistical methodologies, and industry-specific terminology. - Ability to manage schedules, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work under pressure. - Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones. - Relevant industry certifications would be beneficial.
