Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong understanding of the firm and service line structure, including QRM policies, guidelines, and mandates - Monitor and ensure adherence to Data Protection, Independence, and Regulatory guidelines and mandates within the team - Educate professionals on DPRC matters through training sessions and communications - Analyze compliance data to identify trends and propose solutions for better compliance rates - Act as the DPRC subject matter expert for business teams seeking guidance - Coordinate between Data Protection Team and business teams in case of data breaches, ensuring corrective actions are taken - Utilize technology to streamline compliance processes and enhance reporting capabilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather quality metrics data and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Train and mentor team members on quality standards, policies, and best practices Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate with a minimum of 8 years in risk management and/or quality function in Big 4s - Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is essential - Good communication and analytical skills - Impressive stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in MS Office Additional Company Details (if present): EY is dedicated to building a better working world by creating long-term value for clients, people, and society while fostering trust in the capital markets.
