The opportunity

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery/ execution with high quality and timely

deliverables

• Establish robust client relationships leading to better service quality and repeat business
• Demonstrate significant industry/ solution expertise
• Ensure compliance to the firms standards, processes and policies
• Contribute to the firm’s initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth, quality and

operational excellence

• In-depth understanding and experience in the economic and business consulting

environment

• Develop, execute and maintain project work plan and budget for assigned teams
• Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new processes and uncover new offering that may assist

current customer base.

• Provide mentoring and motivate diverse client engagement teams by delivering constructive

on-the-job coaching to team members, while fostering an innovative and inclusive teamoriented work environment.

• Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and on budget. Monitor progress,

manage risk and ensure clients are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.

• Build relationships with client personnel and deliver quality client services. Strive to assist

our clients uncover additional areas of opportunity and manage the business development

process.

• Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess what the firm can deliver to serve

clients.

• Advanced knowledge of MS basic tools - Excel, Power Point, SQL, Power BI/ Tableau, Alteryx

To qualify for the role you must have:

• MBA (premium institute preferred) with a strong academic record
• 8+ years of relevant post qualification experience, preferably from Consulting with

significant expertise in at least three of the areas listed –

• Business transformation, Business process Re-engineering, Market assessment,

Channel/Trade marketing, Field sales, Strategy and Business planning, Sales and Marketing

improvement/ transformation, Strategic Cost optimization, Analytical skills.
