We are looking out for a Manager - Skill Development from Big 4 / Consulting background.

Proven experience in
Skill Development
projects, especially in the
Government sector
Background in
Big 4
or reputed
consulting firms
Strong understanding of
government schemes (PMKVY, DDU GKY, SANKALP, STRIVE etc.), stakeholder management
, and
project implementation frameworks
Technologically adept comfortable with digital tools, MIS systems, dashboards, and remote collaboration platforms
Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
Willingness to
relocate to Guwahati
and work closely with state-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with
Central/State Government departments
