External Auditor

Talent Formula (www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We currently have a position available with our client. This role offers a unique opportunity to be the team member based in India. You'll be working closely with a well-established team located offshore. This setup provides good learning opportunities and direct exposure to offshore team from day one, working directly with Senior Executive Assistants
The purpose and aim of job is to ensure all work undertaken is carried out in accordance with the firms procedures. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of each audit assignment What you should have:

• Graduated in commerce or should be a semi or qualified Chartered Accountant
• With 2+ years’ experience working in Statutory audit.
• A passion to provide the very best client experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical skills.
• Knowledge of business trends, emerging technical and industry developments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An effective and motivated team player.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Self-starter who can critically analyse and assess information.

Your work includes:

• Delivering the highest quality auditing services to our clients.
• Collaborating as part of a team to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk.
• Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with your audit team and clients, ensuring they are informed and always satisfied, not just during the audit process but throughout the year.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements in full compliance with UK GAAP.
• Responsibility for managing the successful completion of audit engagements.
• Acting as an approved mentor to junior audit team members.
