Exports - Sales & Marketing - Exp from Cable Industry / Any MNC Manufacturing

You are a dynamic and experienced Exports Sales & Marketing Professional sought after to manage international business development, client relationships, and market expansion for the Wires, Cables, and Harness division. Your expertise in export procedures, international trade compliance, and sales growth will be instrumental in driving success in global markets. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing export sales & marketing strategies to meet company targets, identifying new international markets and business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with overseas clients, agents, and partners. Ensuring compliance with export documentation, customs regulations, and trade laws is crucial, along with coordinating with internal departments for smooth execution of export orders. You will be responsible for preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and finalizing export contracts, as well as monitoring competitor activities and global market trends to provide valuable business insights. Representing the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events will be part of your role, along with tracking sales performance, preparing MIS reports, and presenting to senior management. It is essential for you to maintain a solid understanding of INCOTERMS, LC, export incentives, and DGFT-related documentation. The ideal candidate should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with 5-8 years of proven experience in Exports Sales & Marketing within the Wires & Cables / Electrical / Manufacturing industry. Strong communication and negotiation skills, willingness to travel internationally for business development, and exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are key attributes for success in this role.,
