Our platform equips MSMEs, brands, and first-time exporters with AI-driven market intelligence, compliance guidance (CBAM/ESG), global buyer discovery, pricing support, and documentation assistance—helping them start, scale, and manage exports efficiently.

Role Overview

Your job is to make clients export-ready, confident, and capable of scaling to new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use VeloExim’s AI workspace to advise exporters on markets, buyers, categories, pricing, and compliance.
  • Guide first-time exporters through the entire export journey—from registration and readiness to their first shipment.
  • Help existing exporters expand into new geographies using AI-assisted market intelligence.
  • Coordinate with VeloExim’s internal operations team that handles execution — you DO NOT execute shipments yourself.
  • Hand-hold clients in setting up internal processes, export readiness checklists, and workflow clarity.
  • Conduct periodic review calls, progress tracking, and success planning for each client.
  • Identify common exporter pain points and provide feedback to improve VeloExim’s AI agents.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in export–import advisory, trade compliance, international sales, DGFT/CHA/freight interactions, or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of trade basics—INCOTERMS, HS codes, compliance, documentation, certifications.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify trade for beginners.
  • Patient, structured, and capable of hand-holding clients without dropping details.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts with timely follow-ups.

Good to Have

  • Experience working with MSMEs or first-time exporters.
  • Exposure to sustainability frameworks like CBAM, ESG requirements, EU norms.
  • Understanding of product categories such as agri, textiles, chemicals, engineering goods, or FMCG.
