Job Responsibilities :

• Drive

  domestic sales & also generate new business from European Countries

  of cashew kernels.
• Develop and implement

  sales strategies

  to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Identify and onboard new

  distributors, traders, retailers, and food processing companies

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure

  repeat business and customer satisfaction

  .
• Monitor

  market trends, competitor activities, and price fluctuations

  in the cashew industry.
• Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure

  timely availability of quality kernels

  as per client specifications.

Desired Profile :

- MBA (Mktg) /PGD (Mktg)

- 8-10 years experience in International Sales of Cashew Kernels / Cashew Nuts in European Countries / USA.
