Job Description

As an Export Manager, you will be responsible for driving the market development by identifying and analyzing potential international markets. You will develop penetration strategies and set sales and profit targets to ensure business growth. Your role will involve customer acquisition, where you will find and target potential international clients, build strong relationships, and negotiate sales contracts effectively. Developing and executing comprehensive sales plans will be a key part of your responsibility to achieve export targets. This includes implementing pricing strategies, operational models, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and documentation requirements. Managing logistics and operations will also be crucial, as you oversee shipments, coordinate with freight forwarders, and handle the entire export process, including documentation and customs clearance. Your role will involve team management, where you will guide, train, and motivate the export sales team. Providing mentoring and development opportunities to team members will be essential to drive their performance. You will also be responsible for reporting and analysis, preparing regular reports on export sales performance and market trends to provide valuable insights to the management team. To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of international markets, including knowledge of trade regulations, economic factors, and cultural nuances. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary to build relationships with international clients and negotiate sales contracts effectively. Previous sales and marketing experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for guiding, motivating, and developing a sales team to achieve the desired results. Proficiency in relevant software, such as CRM systems and spreadsheet software, will be advantageous. Willingness to travel internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows is also a key requirement for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, with additional bonuses based on performance and yearly evaluations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in lead generation for exports, 4 years of experience in exports compliances, and 4 years of experience in Business Development Management for exports. The work location is in person to ensure effective coordination and operations.,
