About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development / Sales Professional with a strong background in the casting/foundry industry, handling both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a foundry environment and a solid understanding of casting products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow sales in both domestic and international markets

* Build and nurture strong relationships with global clients

* Travel extensively for business development

* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals

* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements:

* 5+ years of proven experience in casting/foundry sales

* Prior experience working in the casting/foundry industry with strong product knowledge

* Solid exposure to both domestic and export markets

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset

* Ability to influence and lead client relationships and stakeholders

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred

MBA/PGDM in Marketing is an added advantage

Desirable Skills:

* In-depth understanding of international trade practices

* Hands-on knowledge of casting products, manufacturing processes, and foundry operations

* Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional team

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and as per industry standards.
