As an Export Sales Executive at Glee Impex Pvt Ltd, your main focus will be on hunting for new buyers, onboarding them, and driving immediate sales growth. This role requires a natural closer who excels in cold calling and thrives in high-pressure sales environments. Your responsibilities will include aggressively prospecting and identifying new international buyers, onboarding them quickly, negotiating terms for maximum profitability, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Aggressively prospect and identify new international buyers through cold calling, email outreach, trade portals, and networking. - Onboard new buyers quickly and secure their first orders. - Negotiate terms, pricing, and volumes to achieve maximum profitability. - Hit and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets without excuses. - Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent deal flow. Qualifications Required: - Up to 3 years of proven international sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. - Expertise in cold calling and closing deals with overseas buyers. - Excellent persuasion, objection-handling, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven purely by results. - Familiarity with Incoterms, export pricing, and basic shipping procedures is preferred. - Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
