About Us: Glee Impex Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing export company in Agro, Pharma, Non Wooven fabrics, etc. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated fresher who aspires to establish a career in export sales. This role is centered on sales activities, focusing solely on lead generation, cold calling, onboarding buyers, and closing deals. There are no operational or administrative responsibilities associated with this position. Role Overview: This is a dynamic role that requires proactive engagement rather than passively waiting for leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, generating, and qualifying leads on a global scale, followed by outreach through cold calls, emails, and trade portals to convert leads into buyers. If you possess ambition, competitiveness, and a drive to succeed through performance, this role is tailored for you. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct proactive research to identify potential international buyers within target markets. - Utilize online research, trade portals, social media, and networking to generate leads. - Qualify leads and incorporate them into the sales pipeline. - Engage in cold calling and send outreach emails to present our products to decision-makers. - Facilitate the onboarding process for new buyers and secure initial orders. - Maintain regular follow-ups to convert prospects into long-term customers. - Collaborate with management to not only meet but exceed monthly sales targets. - Maintain a structured lead and sales database for effective tracking and management. Requirements: - Seeking candidates with either no prior experience or up to 1 year of sales experience (export or domestic). - Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Confidence, persistence, and fearlessness in making cold calls. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to acquire knowledge rapidly. - Basic understanding of exports and Incoterms is advantageous (training will be provided).
